Gadsden, Alabama (April 19, 2016) The award winning Gospel duo of Wilburn & Wilburn added a couple more awards to their resume on Tuesday, April 12th at the 15th Annual Absolutely Gospel Music Ovation Awards presented at the Nashville First Church of the Nazarene in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
Winning the Country Recording of the Year for their Shoulders project, as well as the Pacesetter Award for their participation in the Heritage Of Gold Tour, they also performed their number one powerful, timely hit song “You Asked Him To Leave”.
Shoulders was produced by the Producer of the Year winner Ben Isaacs.
Jonathan Wilburn stated, “April 12th was a big night for Wilburn and Wilburn at the Absolutely Gospel Music Awards. Our album “Shoulders” won Country Recording of the Year and we were part of the Heritage of Gold “Pacesetter” award given for the tour. We want to say thank you!
