Greater Vision is perhaps one, if not the, most beloved trio in southern gospel music. For the past 25 years they have been winning hearts of fans all across the country with their tight harmony, sincere and passionate stage presence, and outstanding songs.

Silver Edition is a two-disc collection compiled by Daywind Records of some of their best songs from each of the years they have been singing. Each song is also the original recording. So, listeners can sit back, listen and take a trip down memory lane!

“There is A River,” one of Gerald Wolfe’s signature songs, is at the top of the project and features the original Greater Vision lineup of Gerald, Mark Trammell and Chris Allman. “He’d Still Been God” and “My Name is Lazarus”, both of which were top charting and fan favorite songs of the mid 90s, appear on the two-disc set as well as the big powerhouse anthem, “God Wants to Hear You Sing,” featuring Gerald Wolfe, Rodney Griffin and Jason Waldroup.

Their 1999 hit “Just One More Soul.” penned by the groups beloved baritone and award winning songwriter Rodney Griffin, is a powerful song that also makes an appearance on the project. Some other highlights include “It Means Just What It Says,” “A Pile of Crowns,” “Preacher, Tell Me Like It Is,” “I Know A Man Who Can,” and “You Were Faithful Yesterday.”

If you’re a fan of Greater Vision, you’ll want this special two-disc set. If you’re a newcomer to their music, you need to check this out and become familiar with some of the best gospel music out there by this beloved trio.
